The new school year has brought about a myriad of changes. We are no longer a cluster we are now a Magnet program. Starting next school year we will be known as the S.T.A.R.T. Magnet.

The S.T.A.R.T. Magnet is the School of Technology for Animation and broadcast Radio Television.

A heart felt thank you to all our wonderful Principal - Liz Valdea, Administration, faculty, staff, our trailblazers and our great Porter Nation for their undying support, dedication and committment. We are looking forward to the new year and we thank our present students who have gone out to promote the S.T.A.R.T. Magnet. You guys are the "BEST!!!"

The New S.T.A.R.T. Magnet will continue it's tradition without a doubt. Our roots will never be forgotten, for we must know our past, in order to know our present, in order to know where we are headed. Let's show our true grit under our new umbrella, "You have the Vision...We have the technology!" S.T.A.R.T. your future in the right direction, S.T.A.R.T. NOW!!!.
